BIO-LIMS

The Bio-LIMS System supports business operations, wet lab operations, and dry lab operations for NGS laboratories. Designed for medical testing laboratories, it offers comprehensive services for pre-testing, testing, and post-testing, as well as experimental process management. This includes sample receiving, quality inspection, construction of detection tasks using various methods, and automatic result calculation. The system helps third-party laboratories meet CAP and ISO 15189 requirements while completing detection tasks within controllable costs.

General Lab Work Flow

The Bio-LIMS system is extensive and includes numerous modules, many of which may not be necessary for every lab. For instance, certain modules like Sanger experiment and Massaray are not relevant to NGS labs. To ensure the system is tailored to your lab's needs, we will implement only the selected modules that are applicable to your operations. This customization spans from sample receiving and Bio-bank management to the experimentation phase and final data recording.

Sample Center

With the ability to manually add or import files, Bio LIMS supports a rich set of sample types and allows you to mark tests to be done efficiently.

Experiment

The Bio-LIMS system includes modules for all key experiments in an NGS lab, such as DNA/RNA extraction, nucleic acid extraction, library preparation, pooling, enrichment, and sequencing. It also provides a Sequencing QC module, which performs FastQC analysis after the sequencing data is generated.

API

Bio-LIMS is compatible with various types of equipment. For equipment that has drivers available, Bio-LIMS can be customized to achieve deeper integration by leveraging these drivers. However, many equipment systems are closed, meaning they do not expose their internal processes. In such cases, these systems typically generate results in Excel documents. Bio-LIMS supports this by enabling the import of Excel documents into its database, ensuring compatibility and data integration across different equipment types.
